This month kicks off the annual Donate Life Month for the Children's Hospital of Pennsylvania. CHOP is looking for people to register as an Organ Donor this month. More than 121 thousand Americans are waiting for a donor, 84 of them being children at CHOP. To those who register, they could potentially save 8 lives.

A juror in the Daniel Dougherty arson/murder trial was dismissed today, five days into deliberations, due to emotional reasons. The jury sent the judge a note late on Tuesday saying that unidentified juror told the others that "[w]e are going to cause her to have a nervous breakdown." They said she was alternately pacing the room and putting her head on the table, hyperventilating, and taking anxiety pills. Girl Recovering From Shooting, Fraudulent Student Visa Bust, Villanova Parade This Friday

Abigail Kopf, the 14-year-old girl who was one of the victims in the shooting in Kalamazoo this past February is now making a great recovery. Abigail was shot in the head during the shootings in February and Doctors said that she would most likely have severe brain damage which could cause her to become brain dead. But this past Sunday, Abigail's parents posted a video to Facebook showing their daughter walking in her rehabilitation center.

Villanova Basketball Parade in Center City Friday 1pm; 3 arrested, 27 injured in celebrations

Villanova University has announced plans for a parade to celebrate the Men's Basketball 2016 NCAA National Championship. It will be held this Friday, April 8th in Center City Philadelphia. The parade will start at 20th and Market and end at Dilworth Park next to City Hall. More details about the parade will be coming. Villanova Wins NCAA Championship; Classes Canceled in Celebration; NTSB on Amtrak Crash

Villanova is the NCAA Champion. The Wildcats beat the favored North Carolina Tar Heels in one of the best NCAA Finals ever. North Carolina tied the game with just 4 seconds to play when Villanova senior Ryan Arcidiacono fed Kris Jenkins who drained a 3 point swish as time expired giving the Cats a 77-74 victory. Amtrak Crash Update, LeSean McCoy Will Not Charged, Facebook Viral Shooting Video

The bodies of the men who were killed yesterday in the train crash near Philly have been identified. The two men have been identified as 61-year-old Joseph Carter Jr, and 59-year-old Peter John Adamovich. In the report Carter was identified as the construction vehicle driver, and Adamovich was identified as the supervisor on site. Both men's cause of death has been described as blunt force trauma from the impact.

Former Philadelphia Eagles' running back LeSean McCoy will not face any charges stemming from a nightclub brawl that left two off-duty Philadelphia Police officers with serious injuries. NTSB Investigating Train Crash; Escalator OK at WF; Villanova Goes For Title

Officials have confirmed a heavy equipment operator and supervisor were killed when a southbound Amtrak train struck a backhoe on the tracks Sunday morning in Chester. The engine derailed injuring the train operator and some of the passengers. The NTSB is reviewing data in the black box and video from the train to determine the cause of the crash.

Two people were killed yesterday after an Amtrak train struck a construction vehicle that was on the tracks. The train was coming from New York and making it's way to Savannah Georgia when it crashed. The people who were killed were identified as the backhoe operator and the supervisor. Septa has released a statement saying that service between Philadelphia and Wilmington will be running under limited service.
