Skippack Child Luring, Tennent Choral Director Jailed, Philadelphia Pizza Museum Opening

Authorities are investigating a possible attempted child luring in Skippack last week. An 8 year old boy reported that while he was playing baseball along the side of his house, an older model Dodge Charger stopped on the street in front of his home. The driver then yelled over at the boy asking him to come closer to help find something for the driver. The boy ran into his home and told his mother what happened.

More than 900 people came to Broomall today to pay their respects to Philadelphia Eagles head coach Andy Reid and his family. Reid's oldest son, Garrett died suddenly last weekend. Today's funeral attracted NFL executives, players and coaches from around the league who stood in line for hours including NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell.

Philadelphia Eagles head coach Andy Reid will move forward after laying his son Garrett to rest today at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Broomall this morning. Assistant coaches Marty Mornhinweg and Juan Castillo have run Eagles? practice since Sunday. Andy Reid is expected to rejoin the team for the preseason home opener against the Steelers on Thursday.

Tonight's Phillies' home game at Citizens' Bank Park vs. the Braves drew an announced paid attendance of 41,655. That was the lowest attendance at a Phillies' game since they beat the Cincinnati Reds 22-1 back on July 6, 2009. That game drew 41,548.

In the wake of the deadly shootings in Wisconsin at a Sikh Temple, Millbourne police are taking precautions and upping patrols near a local Sikh Temple near Upper Darby. This group of Millbourne Sikhs is praying for those lost in Wisconsin, and hoping its beliefs of peace, love, and freedom of religion are heard. Monsignor William Lynn was denied bail today. Lynn is serving 3 to 6 years for his role in the clergy abuse case and had requested bail pending appeal. The judge ruled Lynn has no right to bail and would not hear any argument. Now, the Archdiocese is drastically cutting back funding Lynn's defense and 2 of his four lawyers are no longer on the case.

The Philadelphia Eagles family is dealing with the death of Andy Reid's oldest son Garrett at Eagles training camp at Lehigh University. Garrett Reid who was working with the Eagles strength and conditioning coaches, was found dead in his dorm room. Suicide and foul play have been ruled out. The funeral is tomorrow in Broomall.

NASA Curiosity Rover has landed safely on Mars

NASA's latest exploration has reached its target and landed safely on Mars at about 1:34 am EST. Instead of using balloons or parachutes, this landing is using rockets to ensure a smooth landing on the surface of the red planet, but it is very risky. The NASA scientists were able to navigate a perfect landing, however. After a nearly 8 month journey and 570 million km journey from Earth, the rover is ready to go to work.

The game again pitted Team Philly vs. Team DC, featuring former stars from local colleges and universities.
