Police in Delaware County are searching for a suspect responsible for one robbery and two attempted robberies. In each instance the man wore "a very distinctive rubber mask." The latest incident happened this morning around 9:11 a.m. at the Wells Fargo Bank at 888 Baltimore Pike in Springfield. Justin Bieber was arrested early this morning in Miami. The 19 year old pop singer was picked up around 4 am for driving under the influence and drag racing. Bieber was driving a yellow Lamborghini when he was pulled over. He was charged with drunken driving, resisting arrest and driving without a valid license. He made a brief appearance Thursday afternoon before a Miami judge via video who set a $2,500 bond for his release.

A baby girl born on a sled. It happened. Wednesday morning on Cinnamon Drive in Philadelphia’s Roxborough neighborhood. A foot of snow on the ground, and they couldn’t get the car down the street to the expectant mother. The woman was brought down the street on a sled to try to get to the car, but the baby was arriving. Baby Bella was born on the sled.

Ridley Police have confirmed two weather related deaths blamed on the recent snow storm. The two people, a 92-year-old woman and an 89-year-old man, died in separate incidents. The man died after wandering outside overnight into the bitter cold. His family discovered that he was not in his bed and found him in a neighbor's yard only wearing underwear. Bobby Abreu Returns to Phillies, 14 Inches of Snow, Kenney Wants Pot Decriminalized

The Phillies have signed Bobby Abreu to a one year deal. Abreu turns 40 in March and hasn’t played in the majors since 2012. Last year Bobby played in the Venezuela league and hit .322 in 180 plate appearances. Abreu played for the Phillies from 1998 to 2006 and the Phils hope he can be the left handed bat off the bench they have been looking for.

PennDOT Road Clear Challenge, Widener Shooter Sought, Mass Transit Schedules Modified

PennDOT crews have begun mixing in calcium-chloride to their typical salt mixture because of plunging temperatures. Once temperatures reach 15 degrees or less, the regular salt reduces its ability to melt the snow and ice, so they add the calcium-chloride which helps maintain the salt's effectiveness. PennDOT began the new salting process around 4:30 p.m. Tuesday afternoon, but the conditions of the roads still are not great.

The Winter Storm continues to slam the region with heavy snow, increasing winds, and bitter temperatures. The entire area can see anywhere from 6-12 inches of snow. The University of Pennsylvania freshman, Madison Holleran, who fell to her death had been struggling to cope with the pressures of academics and was losing confidence in her abilities as an athlete on Penn's track team. According to her dad, the 19 year old from North Jersey had seen a therapist at his urging. He described her as "a tough kid, stubborn, strong-willed, a perfectionist." Widener University Student Shot on Campus; Gunman at Large; Students told to stay inside

A student has been shot on the campus of Widener University near the Schwartz Athletic Center in Chester, Delaware County. It happened at around 9 p.m in the vicinity of 18th Street and Melrose Avenue. The student was taken to Crozer Chester Medical Center for treatment but their condition is unknown at this time. The gunman is still at large. Widener University is asking students to stay indoors until 6 a.m. Tuesday.

Four people were Injured In Accident Involving a Police Cruiser On City Avenue. It happened around 9 p.m. Monday at Lancaster Pike and City Avenue. Two Philadelphia police officers were taken to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. They are expected to be treated and released. Two people inside the other vehicle were taken to Lankenau Hospital. There is no word on their conditions at this time.
