Police say the owner of a Northeast Philadelphia deli shot and killed a robbery suspect during an exchange of gunfire. It happened around 6 p.m. on Tuesday at Anna's Deli along the 4400 block of Princeton Avenue in the Tacony section of the city. Police say a 19-year-old man, armed with a handgun, ran into the deli demanding money, he stuck his gun in the face of the 53-year-old woman behind the counter and began pulling cash out of the register. Authorities in Wilmington, Delaware arrested a third suspect Monday night in the weekend shooting of a police officer. Justin Wilkers was shot in the face Sunday afternoon after a traffic stop and ensuing car chase. He is in serious but stable condition and was scheduled for surgery today.

A federal trial begins today for a man charged with 12 murders, including the firebombing murders of six people in a North Philadelphia house in 2004. Police in Atlantic City have announced a number of arrests after a lengthy investigation revealed several local convenience stores were selling male enhancement drugs marketed as "dietary supplements." Authorities also seized about 200 cartons of counterfeit cigarettes and more than $10,000.

Authorities in Lambertville say they have recovered the body of a female that matches the description of missing New Hope bartender. Sarah Majoras in the Delaware & Raritan Canal on Wednesday. Officials also said there is no outward evidence of foul play.

The Pennsylvania State Police have temporarily suspended the use of breathalyzer in DUI stops. The decision is based on a ruling out of Dauphin County, where a judge threw out a DUI charge after raising concerns about the reliability of breathalyzer tests. Philadelphia police will continue to use breathalyzers. Wednesday is a big day for Blackberry. They're expected to unveil new phones that run on a new operating system.
