| Police say the owner of a Northeast Philadelphia deli shot and killed a robbery suspect during an exchange of gunfire. It happened around 6 p.m. on Tuesday at Anna's Deli along the 4400 block of Princeton Avenue in the Tacony section of the city. Authorities in Wilmington, Delaware arrested a third suspect Monday night in the weekend shooting of a police officer. Justin Wilkers was shot in the face Sunday afternoon after a traffic stop and ensuing car chase. He is in serious but stable condition and was scheduled for surgery today.

Authorities in Lambertville say they have recovered the body of a female that matches the description of missing New Hope bartender. Sarah Majoras in the Delaware & Raritan Canal on Wednesday. Officials also said there is no outward evidence of foul play.

| The Pennsylvania State Police have temporarily suspended the use of breathalyzer in DUI stops. The decision is based on a ruling out of Dauphin County, where a judge threw out a DUI charge after raising concerns about the reliability of breathalyzer tests.
