The voter ID law is back in Commonwealth Court this morning.
Commonwealth Court Judge Robert Simpson is expected to layout the timeline for the remainder of the case. Judge Simpson's October ruling only stopped the voter ID law for the November 6th general election, which means the law is currently in effect and could be enforced in future elections.

A child was rushed to the hospital after shooting herself in the foot in the city's Port Richmond neighborhood Tuesday night. It happened at about 11 p.m. on the 1800 block of Wishart Street. Police do not believe the shooting to be suspicious.

Many New Jersey beach towns will need beach replenishment funds following Superstorm Sandy. If legislation sponsored by state Senator Michael Doherty and state Senate President Steve Sweeney becomes law, storm damaged towns that accept federal replenishment funds must provide free beach access and public toilet facilities. A week long search for a missing Delaware County woman has ended in tragedy. State police say a body found in Ridley Creek State Park Saturday has been identified as 44-year-old Teresa Mastracola of Milbourne, who was last seen on surveillance video leaving Delaware County Memorial Hospital, where she worked, on December 2nd.

Police are searching for a suburban Philadelphia woman who has been missing since Sunday. Investigators say 44-year-old Teresa Cathy Mastracola has not reported to work for the last four days. They say she is an avid hiker and bicyclist who often frequents Ridley Creek State Park. They say Mastracola, who lives in Millbourne, was last seen wearing hospital scrubs is a white female, 5’7, 130 lbs, with brown eyes.

Police and hazmat crews were called out to Rowan University following a reported explosion Wednesday night. Students were conducting a project at Rowan's science center at about 8:30 p.m. when an oxygen tank exploded. Officials say one student suffered lacerations to her face and was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.

Police say they have located a 13-year-old girl from Radnor who went missing after reportedly meeting up with a man she met online. Savanna Marie MacMullet was found at a bus station in Washington D.C. with Ashley Ryan Hareford, a 20-year-old man from Virginia. MacMullett's family claims she created a secret Facebook page. Officals stress parents should note the warning signs.

City Council is moving toward lowering the interest rates and penalties paid by tax delinquents, in hopes of getting more of them to pay up. The measure was approved in Committee and goes to the full council for a vote later this month. Much of the money owed to the city has been owed for decades and will likely never be recovered.

Philadelphia's legal and political community is mourning the death of Common Pleas judge Adam Beloff, whose body was found at his Ventnor, NJ home on Saturday after an apparent suicide. Ventnor police on Saturday responded to a call from the judge's home on Wellington Avenue and found him dead at the scene. Beloff, was serving his first term as a Common Pleas judge, presiding over cases in the criminal division.

More than 100 Paulsboro residents will be kept out of their homes for several more days as crews work to clear a hazardous gas that spewed from a ruptured freight train car. The tanker that ruptured Friday contained 25,000 gallons of vinyl chloride, some of which spewed into the air. The remaining gas in the tanker had turned into a solid and settled at the bottom of the tanker.
