Police have confirmed that a body found floating off the coast of Wildwood on Sunday is in fact a missing Middle Township police officer, Jason Sill. He was deemed missing after the Coast Guard found his unoccupied boat floating one mile off of the Wildwood coast on Monday, Aug. 27th. On Sunday, Sept. 2nd, the body of a deceased male was found floating about 6 miles off the coast of Wildwood. A tattoo located on it appeared to match the tattoo reported to be on Jason Sill.

Police are investigating a homicide that left a man dead in the Bella Vista section of South Philadelphia Tuesday morning. The shooting took place near 12th and Bainbridge Streets. The victim, a 24 year old man, was found in the middle of the street with a gunshot wound to the head. Neighbors say the victim is from the neighborhood.

Authorities are investigating an armed robbery that took place at a Montgomery County home Monday afternoon. Four black males entered a home in the West Ambler section of Whitpain Township. The suspects, who were wearing ski masks, held the residents at gunpoint while they stole money and jewelry.

Six Flags Great Adventure is combining its animal safari with its amusement and water parks into one attraction that it claims will be the world's largest theme park next year, about 10 acres larger than Disney's Animal Kingdom in Orlando. The popular drive thru safari is ending Sept. 30, but guests will be driven through a revamped safari area next year on park-provided open air vehicles. Authorities say a southern New Jersey man is in critical condition after a fight outside the Jimmy Buffett concert Tuesday night in Camden. He hit his head on the pavement when he fell after another man came up behind and punched him in a parking lot before the concert. A Bucks County police officer is in custody after authorities say he falsely reported he had been shot by a suspect early Monday morning. During a news conference Tuesday evening, The Bucks County District Attorney's Office said Officer Cousin was not injured as a result of that shooting in the lot of the Lenape Swim club and it was a hoax. The District Attorney's Office is recommending psychiatric evaluation for Officer Cousin. The investigating is ongoing.

The second suspect in the murder of Philadelphia Police Officer Moses Walker Junior is now back in Philadelphia. After Walker's funeral and burial Monday, 19 year old Chancier McFarland was brought back to Philadelphia from Alabama, where he surrendered to the FBI. He was immediately taken in for processing and is expected to face murder charges.
