Philadelphia Police and Fire Department are now investigating after they found an oil sheen floating on the Schuylkill River in Philadelphia. The oil sheen was spotted at around 4 p.m. yesterday on the portion of the Schuylkill River between the Spring Garden and Chestnut Street Bridges. The Philly Police are working to find where the spill happened.

Police are now investigating after a body was found in a car at a Target in the King Of Prussia. A call was made on Saturday evening to Upper Merion Police to come investigate the scene. Police arrived at the parking lot of the target located on W. Dekalb Pike where they found a body inside of a parked vehicle. Authorities are still investigating the cause of death.

Philly Police Officer Arrested, Philly Announces New Agriculture Process, Jingle Creator Dies

A Philadelphia Police Officer has now been arrested in connection with a domestic incident with his girlfriend. 28-year-old Officer Alex McAdams has been arrested burglary, criminal trespass, theft, and criminal mischief. Police say McAdams broke into his girlfriends apartment, took a personal item of her's and then chased her out of the apartment. Commissioner Ross now says McAdams will be suspended for 30 days with intent to dismiss him.

Police Search For Overbrook Arsonist, Frm. Police Commisioner Dies, Boy Hit and Killed By Car

Police are now on the search for a suspect who is believed to be an arsonist who has been setting cars on fire at three different auto body shops on Lacaster Avenue in Overbrook. Police say the arsonist has been doing this since October now and want to find him before someone get a hurt. The latest case was at the Major Events Auto Lot on the 5000 block of Lancaster Avenue on Tuesday night. Police say the arsonist has been doing this either very late at night or early in the morning.

Man Arrested For 2003 House Fire, Philly Man Shot By Father, PA Primary Results

A Philadelphia man, 32-year-old Abdu Rivera has now been arrested for arson that left five family members dead in 2003. The fire happened on November 18th 2003 on the 100 block of Widener Avenue in the Olney Section of Philadelphia. One of the victims killed was John Santiago, a local boxer, who had gotten into a fight with Rivera and other men. Police say the fire was intentionally sent by Rivera, he is now being charged with five counts of murder, arson, and other related charges.

An altercation between to men at Keystone Fellowship Church turned deadly, after one of the men involved pulled out a gun and opened fire. The altercation happened around 11:30 Sunday morning, in the church. The two men got into an altercation and one of the men shot and killed the other. The victim was 27-year-old Robert Braxton of Montgomeryville. Braxton was taken to Abington-Lansdale Hospital after being shot in the chest. A 30-year-old Philadelphia man is currently in Critical condition after being shot in the Wynnfield section of Philadelphia. The shooting happened around 8:45 pm on the 5400 block of Morse Street. The man was shot 3 times in the neck and was rushed to Penn Presbytirian Medical Center. As of now there have been no arrests or any suspected motive.

The face of the $20 bill will be changing over the next 4 years. The face will change from President Andrew Jackson to civil rights activist and abolitionist Harriet Tubman. This comes after President Obama's administrations effort to put a woman on One of the bills. The bill will be made and hopefully circulated by 2020 which is the 100 year anniversary of The 19th Amendment which gave women the right to vote.
