Same sex marriage became legal in New Jersey at the stroke of midnight. The first legal gay marriage happened at 12:01 am when Joanne Schailey and Beth Asaro said their vows in a Lambertville court room. The two have been together for 27 years. Governor Christie also dropped his appeal on the state court's order that made way for the marriages starting today.

Philadelphia media personality, Don Tollefson is being investigated after complaints from individuals claiming Tollefson sold sports ticket and travel packages and did not deliver. Warminster police have received several complaints this week and now the Bucks County DA and the PA Bureau of Corporations and Charitable Organizations has joined the investigation.

Philadelphia police have released a sketch of the man they believe attempted to abduct a 15 year old girl on her way to school on Tuesday morning in Juniata Park. Surveillance video revealed a violent struggle between the two. Police believe this is the same predator who assaulted two other women.

There were three separate crashes last night involving SEPTA busses. Several people on the busses were hospitalized with injuries and a passenger a car is in critical condition. In all three incidents, SEPTA says cars collided with busses after the cars ran through stop signs or lights.

Cheltenham Township may have to tear down Cedarbrook Middle School and rebuild to fix a mold problem first discovered 10 years ago. The barricade standoff has ended. A Temple University student barricaded himself in the basement of a home with a gun near the campus yesterday.
