The two French terrorist brothers responsible for the attack on Parisian satirical newspaper Charlie Hebdo were killed Friday after a hostage standoff with police. 34-year-old Said and 32-year-old Cherif Kouachi took a hostage at a printing plant northeast of Paris in Dammartin. A Philadelphia Police officer broke his leg after being dragged by a suspect's car following a traffic stop this morning. It happened around 11:30 near the intersection of 32nd Street and W. Susquehanna Avenue in the city's Strawberry Mansion section. 32-year-old Officer Joseph Kochmer and his partner pulled over a Chevy Impala for a traffic violation. Philadelphia Police have arrested and charged a suspect in the West Philadelphia shooting of a limo driver on Saturday. 20-year-old Alonzo Dilligard of Darby, PA has been charged with murder and related offenses. The family of Shane Montgomery says that the body found today in the Schuylkill River is that of the missing West Chester University student. The body was discovered by Garden State River and Rescue around noon in the waters behind the Manayunk Brew Pub at Main Street and Shurs Lane. On December 23rd, 33-year-old Theresa Pozzi was attempting to cross the street on the 8100 block of State Road when she was struck by an older model maybe Ford pickup truck.
