The stretch of subfreezing weather has started to slow up the water works not just in homeowners pipes, but in mother natures plumbing as well. Area water ways big and small have been grinding to an icy halt. The victims in an early morning bar stabbing in West Mount Airy have been identified as members of rapper Nicki Minaj's tour team. The incident happened after 2:00 a.m. Wednesday at the Che Bar & Grill on the 6300 block of Stenton Avenue near Johnson Street in Philadelphia. An argument inside the bar made its way outside to the street where 27-year-old Eric Parker and 29-year-old De'Von "Day Day" Pickett were stabbed by a third man.

This year's lineup for the Firefly Music Festival in Dover, DE has been announced and so far Kings of Leon and The Killers will be headliners at The Woodlands of Dover International Speedway. A third headliner is expected to be announced later with many rumors pointing to Paul McCartney taking the top spot on the bill. DOVER, DE (Feb. 17) - Firefly Music Festival is returning to The Woodlands of Dover International Speedway for the fourth year the weekend of June 18-21. Along with headliners Kings of Leon and The Killers, a third headliner will be revealed at a later date. The 2015 lineup also features Morrissey, Snoop Dogg, Foster the People, Bastille, Modest Mouse, Zedd, Hozier, Empire of the Sun, Kid Cudi and nearly 100 additional acts performing across seven stages.

The Oscar Mayer Wienermobile crashed into a pole on Sunday in Central Pennsylvania. The iconic vehicle is one of 6 full size dogs in the Oscar Mayer fleet of promotional vehicles. The 27-foot hot dog in a bun slid off the icy road and hit a utility pole causing extensive front end damage and broken windshield. This all happened in Enola, Cumberland County, near Harrisburg. A fire breather at the Philadelphia Tattoo Arts Convention accidentally set himself on fire during a performance on Sunday afternoon by the Ink Illusionists. The incident caught on video, happened around 3:00 pm at the Pennsylvania Convention Center in Center City. As the performer went to blow flames, fire jumped to his chest and spread to the floor. Two teenagers were killed and another person was injured when a minivan was hit by a pickup truck in Exton, Chester County. It happened around 7:00 pm in the northbound lanes on Route 100 near North Slip Road. The minivan was trying to turn when it was struck by the pickup. The two teens killed were thrown from the minivan, the other injured was in the truck. The driver of the truck was arrested and placed in custody, however the charges have not been announced.

Friday night, the NBA hosted a Celebrity game in Brooklyn, NY, as part of the All-Star Weekend. Two of the participants in the night's festivities were native Philadelphians. Comedian Kevin Hart and 13-year-old Little League phenom Mo'Ne Davis were pitted against each other on opposing teams. On Thursday, concerns began to swirl over the choice to feature Philadelphia Eagles' Wide Receiver Riley Cooper for the month of February on the official team calendar for 2015. February is widely publicized as Black History Month. Cooper, who is white, also had a widely publicized off-the-field incident during the off season in the summer of 2013.
