A suspect in the New Year's Day hit-and-run of a bicyclist in Bucks County has turned himself into the Bensalem Township Police Department. James Hasher surrendered to police on Wednesday morning. It happened around 9:30 a.m. on Sunday morning. 56-year-old Lenny Golin was riding his bike along Tennis Avenue in Bensalem, between Bristol Pike and State Road, when he was struck. A hazing incident last year involving former Conestoga High School football players has been settled in juvenile court. Three players admitted to a criminal summary offense of harassment, all other charges were dropped. The incident happened in October 2015. The only confirmed American injured in the deadly New Year's Eve attack in Istanbul, Turkey is a Delaware Valley native. 35-year-old Jacob Raak, a small business owner from Greenville, Delaware, was shot in the leg. The bullet first hit his cell phone taking some of the brunt. Raak was in Turkey celebrating his birthday with friends. The suspect wanted in the killing of a Pennsylvania State Trooper in Huntindon County on Friday night has been shot and killed after making threats to police. 32-year-old Jason Robison was found in an unoccupied mobile home in the area after an overnight manhunt. According to a state police spokesman, Robison refused orders and threatened officers leading police to shoot him. His death was confirmed at 10:30 a.m.

Pennsylvania State Troopers are currently searching for a suspect wanted in the shooting of a fellow trooper late Friday night in Huntindon County, Central Pennsylvania. The State Trooper was shot and killed at a home on Bakers Hollow Road in Hesson, Juniata Township around 6:30 p.m. while "investigating a domestic-related incident."

Upper Darby police announced that they have arrested two women in connection to a hot coffee attack in a Wawa. It happened on Thursday night at the convenience store on the 400 block of South 69th Street. Three women were involved in the attack. It happened around 11:30 pm in the store at 460 South 69th St. One of the women filled a 24 oz coffee and threw the liquid in the faces of three employees working in the deli area.
