Philadelphia Police are looking for the driver of a vehicle that crashed during a drag racing incident last summer, killing three passengers and injuring another. Philadelphia Police are seeking the public's help in identifying two men caught on video in a jewelry theft on Jewelers' Row. It happened around 3 a.m. on the 700 block of Sansom Street on February 13th. A Philadelphia police detective has been suspended with intent to dismiss after being charged with assault. 43-year-old Detective Adam O'Donnell has been charged with Aggravated Assault, Simple Assault, Kidnapping, Unlawful Restraint, and related offenses.
