A second suspect in yesterday's gun shooting at Delaware Valley Charter High School is in police custody and is being charged as an adult with aggravated assault and related offenses. He has been identified by police as 17-year-old student Raisheem Rochwell. It happened yesterday shortly before 3:30 pm in the school's gymnasium. An 18-year-old female was shot in the arm. Two Students were shot Friday afternoon at a North Philadelphia high school. The incident happened at Delaware Valley Charter High School, located at 5201 Old York Rd in the Logan section at around 3:20pm. A student at the school pulled out a handgun in the gymnasium and it discharged. It is unclear if it was intentional or accidental. Comcast announced today that it plans to build a second office tower in Philadelphia. The building will be called the "Comcast Innovation and Technology Center" and will be located on Arch Street between 18th and 19th. The skyscraper was designed by British architect Norman Foster who is known for London's Millennium Bridge and "The Gerkin" as well as Apple's new "Spaceship" headquarters. Police are asking for the public's assistance in identifying a suspect who threw hot coffee on a Dunkin' Donuts employee. The incident happened on Wednesday afternoon at 1pm on the 4700 block of North Broad Street. A customer became upset when a female Dunkin' employee would not accept an expired coupon he had on his iPhone.
