Bolaris has been suspended indefinitely since December 22nd. That came as a direct result from his interview in the December issue of Playboy magazine discussing the March 2010 incident he had involving two young European women on Spring Break in Miami. The Pennsylvania state's new texting while driving ban, effective March 8, 2012, will effectively wipe out the 2 year old Philadelphia city ordinance banning total cell phone use.
