A lone gunman opened fire from the 32nd floor of the Mandalay Bay resort and casino down onto the Route 91 Harvest Festival outdoor country music concert on Sunday night. It happened around 10:08 pm local time as Jason Aldean was performing. Multiple people have been shot after gunfire erupted at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino in Las Vegas. The Route 91 Harvest Festival outdoor country music concert was underway at the time sending concert goers scrambling. Thousands came out to the steps of the Art Musuem on Sunday morning for the Out of the Darkness Walk for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. Many family members and friends came to honor and remember loved ones lost. An other big goal of the event is lifting the stigma of mental illness and making those dealing with mental health issues feel comfortable coming forward and asking for help. About a dozen members of Black Lives Matter Pennsylvania and Justice for David Jones Coalition gathered outside the Philadelphia Fraternal Order of Police headquarters to protest on Sunday. A 33-year-old woman has been charged with the murder of a Bucks County pharmaceutical executive in his home back in August. Jennifer Morrissey is charged with murder, burglary, tampering with evidence, and other offenses in the death of 64-year-old Michael McNew in Washington Crossing. A Montgomery County, Pennsylvania-based company pled guilty in federal court today to hiring thousands of undocumented immigrants. Asplundh Tree Expert Co. of Willow Grove was ordered to pay a record $95 million in fines for an immigration case, an $80 millioan criminal forfeiture money judgment and a $15 million civil payment. Police are searching for a missing doctor in Montgomery County. 70-year-old Dr. Peter Cianfrani was last seen on Tuesday morning around 9 a.m. in Marlborough Township. At around 9:30 p.m. his Honda CRV was discovered in the parking lot near the entrance to the Perkiomen Trail on Crusher Road. Cianfrani has been a doctor for 40 years. Philadelphia Police are asking the public's help in trying to find a missing 8-year-old boy. Semaj Leake was last seen on Tuesday around 12:40 p.m. on the 400 block of Nedro Avenue in the Olney section. He is around 4-feet tall and weighs 70 pounds. Catto was a 19th century activist, educator, scholar, civil rights leader, ball player, soldier, and army recruiter.
