Jessica Padgett, the 33-year-old mother of three who had been missing since Friday in Northampton County, has been found dead and her stepfather has been charged with her murder. 53-year-old Gregory Graf admitted this morning that he shot Padgett and disposed of her body. On Friday, Padgett left her job at the Duck Duck Goose day care center around lunch time to run some errands including going to her stepfather's house to use the fax machine. A Center City lawyer has been charged for having sex with a 14-year-old girl on several occasions at his downtown office. The girl was being held captive in a sex-trafficking ring at a home in Germantown in March 2012. Philadelphia Police have arrested a man already on probation for a series of tire slashings in Northeast Philly in the spring of 2012 for a new rash of vandalism in his new neighborhood. David Toledo was convicted for slashing the tire of numerous vehicles in his Mayfair neighborhood. He interjected himself into that investigation and even destroyed his own tires. JJ Pierce left her rescue dog 'Louie,' a black Labrador, inside her red Honda CRV in the parking lot of Home Depot on Columbus Boulevard in South Philly on October 9th. New Jersey State Police announced in a press conference this afternoon that a mother used a pillow to muffle the noise while shooting three of her children before turning the gun on herself. Two children were killed and a third child and a woman believed to be their mother were found in critical condition after a shooting inside a Burlington County home Thursday morning. Hotel & Casino project which will be located in South Philadelphia near the stadium complex. The project is a joint venture between Cordish Companies and Greenwood Gaming.
