A Rhode Island man has been found guilty of animal cruelty for transporting a horse later discovered to be shot over 100 times by paintballs. 65-year-old of Phillip Price of East Providence, RI, was convicted in New Holland, PA, of animal cruelty and dealing and handling animals without a license. A Chester County man has been arrested for allegedly molesting three children under his care. 33-year-old Christopher Guiseppe is charged with involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, aggravated indecent assault, corruption of minors, incest and other related charges. He is accused of showing pornography to the children and sexually assaulting them from January 2014 to April 2016. They were ages 6, 8, and 9. Twin brothers from Chester County have been arrested and charged with setting off IEDs in several locations in Chester and Lancaster Counties over winter break. 22-year-old's Daniel and Caleb Tate of Cochranville, Chester County, started off their spree on December 20th by blowing up a mailbox with an improvised explosive device. A Philadelphia man is under arrest and charged in connection to a deadly fire at a Bucks County motel fire on Sunday morning. It happened at around 2:30 a.m. at the Lincoln Motel on the 2200 block of Lincoln Highway in Bensalem. 46-year-old Kevin Small is charged with criminal homicide, arson, and other offenses. A black bear has been spotted wandering around East Fairmount Park on Friday afternoon. A fisherman first spotted the large animal while he was fishing in Wissahickon Valley Park downstream from the Valley Green Inn. Philadelphia Police are searching for a suspect who escaped police custody from a hospital. 24-year-old Khalil Robinson was arrested Wednesday evening for DUI and narcotics offenses outside 65th and Woodland Avenue in West Philadelphia. He was taken to Penn Presbyterian Hospital. When two officers arrived to relieve the prisoner detail, one officer went into the room to check to see if Robinson was handcuffed. A bicyclist is dead after colliding with a SEPTA bus in the city's Frankford section. It happened around 11:45 a.m. on Orthodox Street near Aramingo Avenue. The 44-year-old bicyclist was struck by the Route J bus and was killed. There were no passengers on the bus at the time and the driver was not hurt. Accident investigators are piecing together the cause of the accident and examining video from the bus.
