Pennsylvania Attorney General Kathleen Kane appeared in court in Norristown today for a preliminary hearing on charges she leaked grand jury material to a newspaper and then lied about it to another grand jury investigating her. The prosecution called numerous witnesses to testify toward Kane's actions. They also read from Kane's own grand jury testimony. 49-year-old Kane has yet to enter a plea but has maintained her innocence, blaming these charges as an attempt by government officials... A Barnegat, NJ man has been arrested for having inappropriate online communications with a minor. 25-year-old Steven Sheerer is the owner of the home where Rosie O'Donnell's 17-year-old daughter Chelsea was found on Tuesday after being reported missing. The Ocean County Prosecutor's Office has charged Sheerer with child endangerment and distribution of obscenity to a minor. Sheerer was arrested on Friday night. A portion of the Willow Grove Mall was evacuated this afternoon after a bomb threat was discovered. The Macy's department store was cleared when a note was found inside saying there was a bomb in the store at 3:30 p.m. Police and Montgomery County officials ordered all customers and employees to leave the store as they searched the store. The song was written with longtime collaborators Hillary Lindsey and Chris DeStefano. Police in Middletown Township, Bucks County are investigating after a thief stole dozens of bras from a lingerie store over the weekend. Authorities say that a women was seen on surveillance video browsing the Victoria's Secret store inside the Oxford Valley Mall for about an hour on Saturday.
