Actor James Gandolfini, aka Tony Soprano, passes away at age 51 |

Actor James Gandolfini, who is best known for his role as Tony Soprano, the mob boss on the hit HBO show "The Sopranos," has passed away today while in Rome. Gandolfini portrayed Soprano for the entire run of the show from 1999-2007 and won three Emmy Awards.
He died of an apparent heart attack while on holiday in Rome. He was set to appear at the Taormina Film Fest in Sicily this week

Customs and Border Protection arrested a woman at Philadelphia International Airport for smuggling cocaine inside her shoes. 25-year-old Iveliza Tuhanna Perez arrived on a flight from Montego Bay, Jamaica yesterday at 4:30. While officers were performing a baggage examination they noticed that three pairs of cork wedge high heels were abnormally heavy and x-rays showed anomalies in the heels. Herbert and Catherine Schaible have been charged with third degree murder after their son died of dehydration and pneumonia. The New Jersey Attorney General and the Director of the division of Alcoholic Beverage Control have released more details in their yearlong investigation called "Operation Swill." Twenty-nine bars and restaurants including 13 TGI Friday's were accused of substituting cheap booze for top-shelf liquor. Matthew Royer, 21, of Skippack, Montgomery, PA went missing last Friday on his way home from college at the University of Rhode Island. He left school at around 6:30 last Thursday night and was seen on surveillance at a gas station only 35 miles from home at 2:00 am Friday. The last known sighting of him was on Friday at 1 pm in Lebanon County about an hour from his home. His parent's reported him missing last Friday and authorities began their search.

A two-story office building in Havertown was evacuated for over an hour early this afternoon for a carbon monoxide leak. The L&M Professional Center located at 31 S. Eagle Road near the intersection oF West Chester Pike and Eagle Road was quickly evacuated shortly before 1pm.
