The body found in the Schuylkill River near the Walnut Street bridge on Thursday has been identified. The medical examiner says the victim is local entrepreneur 58-year-old Philip Reitnour. Most schools in the Monroe Township School District in New Jersey will reopen on Tuesday according to the school district superintendent. All six district schools were closed this week to test for mold after Holly Glen Elementary School was closed last week to undergo extensive mold testing and cleaning. Detectives in Berks County are investigating after the body of a young woman was found in the woods off a rural road on Sunday night. 23-year-old Madison Walb of Reading was found by Lower Heidelberg Township police off Riegel Road.
