The gunman, 31-year-old Bernard Goodwyn of Smyrna, was found dead from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound on Thursday morning. Pennsylvania has now lifted all coronavirus COVID-19 related mitigation restrictions. That includes capacity limits on both indoor and outdoor gatherings, restaurants, businesses, entertainment venues, religious gatherings, etc. Vaccinated people do not have to wear masks unless using public transit or entering a business or public place that specifically requires one. Philadelphia officials announced on Friday, 5/28, that they are moving up the date to lift the 'Safer-at-Home' COVID-19 restrictions to Wednesday, June 2. It was previously June 11. Starting next Wednesday, there will no longer be any density limits, maximum capacity limits, or social distancing rules for anyone.
