Lumberton Police need the public's help in finding a missing 61-year-old woman. Angelina "Angel" Cocuzza disappeared from her home at the Lumberton Independent Living campus on Route 38 near Madison Avenue on Jan. 18. Family and police believe she may have intentions to harm herself. She is 5' 5" and weighs about 115 pounds. A task force from the Special Victims Unit executed a search warrant Friday acting on an anonymous tip in the Nailla Robinson abduction case. Police raided and searched a home in the 6200 block of Walton Avenue. The home is located 2 blocks from Bryant Elementary School in West Philadelphia where the 5-year-old girl was taken from her classroom and near a trail that goes to the playground where Nailla was found early the next morning. It looks like the snow amounts will be less than forecast earlier for the Philadelphia region, as precipitation has held off and the storm is moving away slightly. Snow will begin as the temperatures fall and the evening wears on. Snow will fall heaviest 9pm - 2am. The storm will clear out of the region by Saturday morning. The first major storm of the season is coming together and bearing down on the Philadelphia region. So far this afternoon mainly rain has fallen in the area, however that will change once the sun starts to set and the temperatures drop. We will all experience a changeover to snow with the heaviest downfall happening after midnight.

Winter Storm Warnings and Winter Weather Advisories have been issued for the Philadelphia area ahead of a Major Winter Storm forming off the East coast in effect from 3pm Friday to 6am Saturday. A number of low pressure systems moving across the United States will come together off the Mid-Atlantic coast starting on Thursday night. The system will end up dumping over a foot of snow to our north and east, with some areas of New England and Boston seeing upwards of two feet snow. Two people have been arrested and an elderly couple have been hospitalized after a road rage incident and car accident this afternoon. At around 4:30 p.m. at 54th and City Avenue in the Wynnefield section of the city, a blue Buick Park Avenue rear-ended a white Nissan Maxima and kept driving. Mayor Nutter announced aggressive new plans to crack down on those who scoff at paying their property taxes in Philadelphia. Two weeks from now property owners will receive updated assessments that will be used to pay taxes in 2014. Former Philadelphia School District Superintendent Arlene Ackerman has passed away at the age of 66. Her son, Anthony Antognoli, said she died this morning around 5 a.m. in Albuquerque, NM after a short battle with pancreatic cancer. She took over the school district in June 2008 and left in August 2011 amid controversy and conflict with local officials.
