Abington Police have arrested a suspect in the shooting outside of the Willow Grove Mall last weekend. 18-year-old Heyzer Perez-Maldonado of Philadelphia has been charged with attempted murder, aggravated assault, reckless endangerment, and carrying a firearm without a license.
