The father of a man arrested after throwing a rock at a moving Coatesville police cruiser sent a letter to the police department apologizing and praised them for their professionalism. On July 18th, Eric Watson was arrested after throwing a rock at the windshield of Officer Jared Davis' police car. New Jersey Governor Chris Christie signed a bill into law today inspired by a New Jersey high school track star and Penn student who took her own life two years ago. The Madison Holleran Suicide Prevention Act requires that NJ colleges offer students 24/7 access to mental health professionals. Two men have now been charged with the murder of a woman in Germantown on Friday. Both men have ties to the Temple University Police Department. 47-year-old Aaron Wright and 41-year-old Marquis Robinson are each charged with six criminal counts including murder, aggravated assault, conspiracy and abuse of a corpse. A hot air balloon carrying at least 16 people crashed in Central Texas on Saturday; there were no survivors. It happened around 7:40 a.m. in a pasture near Lockhart, TX, about 30 miles south of Austin. The crash site was near some high power lines. A witness heard the sound and saw a large fireball go up. Demonstrators tied themselves to a railing inside the Comcast Center to protest the media's coverage of the presidential election.
