Two men were stuck and killed by a freight train in Upper Merion Township, Montgomery County. It happened around 7:30 am near the abandoned Valley Forge National Historical Park/ Port Kennedy train station. The Norfolk Southern train contained 3 locomotives and 36 cars. A 4-year-old boy is recovering today after falling from a 3rd floor window in South Philadelphia last night. It happened after 10:30pm on the 1100 block of Bainbridge Street in the city's Bella Vista section. A PPA worker on patrol discovered the child crying next to a house in an alley off Bainbridge Street. Two men have been charged with the death of 41-year-old Camden mother Fatima Perez. 36-year-old Carlos Alicea-Antonetti of Camden and 57-year-old Ramon Ortiz of Pennsauken have been charged with murder. Perez was last seen by family members on Monday morning leaving her house. She left with approximately $8,000 in cash to purchase a motor vehicle and was in the company of Alicea-Antonetti. A Lower Makefield, Bucks County, man was sentenced Tuesday to 935- to 1,870-years in prison for sexually abusing a girl over 4 years and video taping nearly every assault. Judge Albert Cepparulo wanted the sentence of 81-year-old Thomas Holliday to serve as a warning to other child predators. Holliday was convicted in January of 234 counts including creating and possessing child pornography. Holliday is a retired composer who began to abuse the girl in 2009 when she was 14 years old. Police have made an arrest in the shooting of an 8-year-old boy in North Coventry Township, Chester County yesterday. 55-year-old Wayne Snowden of the 300 block of South Hanover Street has been arrested and charged with aggravated assault for firing the shot that hit 8-year-old A.J. An emergency Police dispatcher in Philadelphia has been indicted on federal charges that she took bribes from tow truck operators to send them crash locations and other information. FBI and Philadelphia police investigators said Friday that civilian dispatcher Dorian Parsley took bribes of $100-200 a week from two tow truck operators and a body shop.
