A 21-year-old man kidnapped from his Lancaster County home this morning has been found unharmed and safe and his abductor is in custody. It happened around 12:30 a.m. Wednesday on Concord Lane in Columbia Borough. 31-year-old Dustin Wetten was armed with a handgun and kicked his way into 21-year-old Jordan Fischer's home. Philadelphia Police have named the two 16-year-old boys shot to death in South Philadelphia last night. They have been identified as Caleer Miller and Salvatore DiNubile. DiNubile was junior at St. Joe's Prep and was on the hockey team. Miller was a junior at Mastery Charter School. Philadelphia Police are conducting a manhunt for the getaway driver who escaped police custody following a shooting in North Philadelphia. The shooting took place before 7:30 p.m. on the 4000 block of L Street in Juniata. A 24-year-old man was shot in the chest. He was taken to the hospital and is in stable condition. Former Philadelphia District Attorney Seth Williams was sentenced today to the maximum 5 years in federal prison. Under a plea deal, Williams pled guilty to one count of bribery halfway into his corruption trial in June. In exchange, the other 28 charges were dropped.
