iRadioPhilly is resurrecting an Easter morning Philadelphia radio tradition. iRadioPhilly will being playing the original Jesus Christ Superstar rock opera from 1970 in its entirety on two of its radio stations on this upcoming Easter morning, March 31st.

The Horsham Air Guard station has received a new mission, as a ground command center for military drones, and they are 'excited' to take on their new 'enduring mission'. In 2005, the Air Force announced it would phase out the the A-10 planes flying out of the base as part of the decommissioning of the Willow Grove Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base. Meteor sightings have been reported tonight throughout the East Coast tonight from Florida to Massachusetts including many in Philadelphia and South Jersey. The largest of which touched of a storm of it's own on the Internet with people reporting seeing a large shooting star around 8:00 EDT. The meteor was described by many as being green and blue with a large tail, and it appeared to explode in the sky before it disappeared. Authorities have arrested a man at Philadelphia International Airport for impersonating a pilot. The incident happened on a US Airways flight set for West Palm Beach, FL at around 6:30 pm on Wednesday. 61-year-old Phillepe Jeannard of La Rocelle, France, who was a ticketed passenger for the flight, was sitting in the jump-seat behind the captain's chair in the cockpit of the airplane. The Villanova Wildcats garnered a #9 seed and will play #8 North Carolina in the South Region on Thursday in Kansas City, MO. A NJ-bound PATCO train stopped on the Ben Franklin Bridge Saturday night shortly after 6 pm, stranding passengers above the Delaware River for more than an hour. Many of those passengers were reportedly visibly intoxicated and wearing their pre-St. Patrick's green attire. An armed man has barricaded himself in the Dick's Sporting Goods in Falls Township, Bucks County, according to police. It started at around 7:30 pm when a man walked into the store at 150 Commerce Boulevard in Fairless Hills, stole multiples guns and ammunition from the firearms counter after pulling a handgun on the clerk and barricaded himself in the bathroom. Winter doesn't seem to want to quit in and around Philadelphia. We can expect a mix of wintry precipitation today with light snow leaving a slushy coating throughout the area through Sunday morning. Temperatures will be in the mid-30's. A storm coming across the country early next week is also expected to start out with a similar mix of rain/snow on Monday, but will change to a heavy rain by Tuesday.
