Police investigators discovered the naked body of an 83-year-old grandmother inside of a basement freezer this morning in the city's Feltonville neighborhood. Police were tipped of by an in-law that the woman, identified as Andrea Carrasquillo, had passed away in January and was placed in the freezer by a relative when they got scared. The US Coast Guard has suspended it's search for a 14-year-old boy who went missing while swimming in the water off Ocean City, NJ. They called off the search at 4:30 Monday afternoon. They had been searching a 50 square mile area. Ocean City Fire and Beach Patrol will continue their search on Tuesday morning. A 3-year-old girl was killed Saturday afternoon in a freak accident when a security gate fell on her outside the Rita's Water Ice in the the city's Brewerytown neighborhood. It happened around 4:30 pm at 2829 West Girard Avenue. The large gate detached from the wall, crashed to the sidewalk making a loud boom, and landed directly on the girl. Delaware State Police say that the driver of a UPS tractor-trailer that flipped onto it's side, blocking traffic for hours on I-95 in Delaware Friday morning, had fallen asleep at the wheel. It happened at 4:08 a.m. in the southbound lanes north of Basin Road exit (Exit 5B) as the 16-wheel truck was merging from I-295 to I-95. Witnesses recorded and posted video of a violent attack against a mother by a McDonald's employee in Salem City, NJ on Tuesday. The video shows the mother on the ground receiving multiple punches to the face and chest. Her 2-year-old son was standing next to her, kicking the assailant in an attempt to get her to stop. Philadelphia Police are hunting for a man who attacked and robbed a woman and her friend outside her Northeast Philadelphia apartment complex. It happened on Sunday, June 15th at around 10 pm on the 6000 block of Roosevelt Boulevard in the Oxford Circle neighborhood. Sunday, Day 4, inside the Woodlands at Dover Downs saw the return of the sunshine upon the Firefly Music Festival, however it did not get as hot as it did on Friday and frequent sprayings by water trucks controlled the dust along the roads. Getaway day featured a lighter schedule, but still packed with some top talent. Saturday, Day 3, at Firefly Music Festival in Dover, DE, started off with a bit of rain in the morning hours but whatever drizzle was left ended as the gates opened. The rest of the day continued to be overcast and it was much cooler than Friday, but only a sun worshipper would complain about the comfortable conditions. Getting a little water on the grounds also helped keep the dust at bay for most of the day.
