Kevin McGuire, 18, from Somerdale, Camden County, NJ was going to be Taylor Swift's date tomorrow night at the Academy of Country Music Awards in Las Vegas. Kevin is battling cancer and is back in the hospital today, and won't be able to attend.

Former Phillie and Souderton, PA native, Jamie Moyer, has proven once again that he is above the odds, the definition of determination, even if he defies logic at times. At 49, Moyer spent the entire 2011 season recovering from Tommy John surgery. The last three suspects at large are now in police custody tonight in the murder case of Levittown musician Danny DeGennaro. All three men are from Trenton, NJ.

The Philadelphia Police will hold their first gun buyback of 2012 on Saturday, March 30th in South Philly. Police will be teaming up with volunteers from Philadelphia Safety Net and Brown's ShopRites to conduct the guns-for-food-vouchers swap.

Jerry Sandusky Trial Postponed to June 5.

The judge overseeing the Jerry Sandusky case has delayed trial by three weeks. Judge John Cleland agreed to postpone the trial from mid-May to June 5. His decision came in response to a group of motions filed a week ago by Sandusky. The 68-year-old retired defensive coordinator faces 52 counts involving 10 alleged victims over 15 years. He's confined to his home to await trial, and denies the allegations.

Car Vandalism Escalates into West Philly, Overbrook

So far in the past months the rampant car vandalism has been isolated in the Northeast, however, this morning about two dozen cars were discovered damaged in the Overbrook neighborhood of West Philly. Police believe the vandalism has become the work of a number of copycats.
