Philadelphia officials announced new policies to help reduce gun violence and hold violent offenders accountable. The program is called Gun Crimes Strategies & Prevention Collaborative and is a joint initiative between the District Attorney's Office and the Philadelphia Police Department. A man has been arrested in the murder of a missing Haverford Township woman whose body was discovered in a trash bag in Germantown on Tuesday night, 6/23. 26-year-old Kareem Davis-Duppins is charged with first-degree murder, abuse of corpse, and related offenses in the death of 25-year-old Sabrina Dubose of Haverford Township. New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy announced on Tuesday, 6/23, that outdoor amusement parks, water parks, and playgrounds will be allowed to reopen on July 2.
