Upper Darby Police have arrested the suspect wanted for attacking a 74-year-old legally blind man last week. 25-year-old Marvin Harper has been charged in the November 26th attack on the unit block of Glendale Road. Harper allegedly knocked the elderly man to the ground and stole $100 and a cell phone. The victim suffered a broken hip and leg and required surgery.

Two men have been arrested for stealing a walker belonging to a young Delaware girl suffering from cerebral palsy. 51-year-old Leland Watson and 49-year-old Donald Cole are charged with theft and conspiracy. Watson was also charged with possession of heroin. It happened on Thursday, November 30th on the unit block of North Rodney Drive in New Castle County. A Delaware County man accused of using hidden cameras to secretly record women and girls in bathrooms was convicted on Monday of all charges. Vincent Kane of Broomall, who also turned 20 on Monday, was found guilty in a bench trial by Delaware County Judge James Bradley on all 10 counts including possession of child pornography, invasion of privacy, and creation of obscene materials among other related charges. Philadelphia Police have now charged three teenagers in the beating death of a homeless man in Northeast Philadelphia last week. 14-year-old Brandon Conrad, 16-year-old Malik Page and 17-year-old Emmanuel Harris have been charged as adults with murder, robbery, criminal conspiracy, and related offenses. Mount Laurel police are searching for a Grinch who was caught on surveillance video stealing Christmas lights from the front of a home. It happened on Thursday afternoon, November 30th at 2 p.m. on the 300 block of Heather Drive. The Segrest's home was decorated with an inflatable Minion, lights on shrubs, and a laser light that shines on the side of the house. Lower Southampton Police say they have found a truck wanted in a deadly hit-and-run accident on Monday night in Trevose. The accident happened along Street Road near Philmont Ave. The driver fatally struck 18-year-old Jess Kurtz and injured another 18-year-old man as they walked along the road.
