Today, in the case against Christina Regusters, who is accused of kidnapping and sexually assaulting a 5-year-old West Philadelphia girl, the judge declared a statement she gave to Philadelphia Police inadmissible because she was not given proper Miranda warnings. She was read her rights at two previous times but not immediately before being questioned the night she was taken into custody. The Wayne County Disctrict Attorney says that a 15-year-old girl from Westchester, New York was the driver of the SUV involved in a fatal crash over the weekend that killed three boys from Bucks County. Three sophomores at Council Rock High School South in Bucks County were killed this weekend in a SUV crash in the Poconos. The crash occurred on Saturday morning in Paupack Township near Lake Wallenpaupack in Wayne County about 70 miles north of Philadelphia. The Made in America Music Festival is back again in Philadelphia for it's third year. This year, festival organizers have decided to host a simultaneous concert in Los Angeles over the Labor Day Weekend. Preparations have been going on all week long to get the site ready for the estimated 80,000 fans expected between Saturday and Sunday. Police in Jerusalem, Israel say that the body found near a forest is that of the missing student from New Jersey. 23-year-old Aharon Sofer from Lakewood, NJ, had been missing since Friday when he went on a hike with a friend in the woods. The two became separated and Aharon wasn't seen again. The body was found about a mile from where he was last seen. A husband fatally shot his wife before turning the gun to wound himself this morning in a South Jersey hospital. Philadelphia Police have arrested and charged a man in connection with the execution-style shooting deaths of two women in a Mayfair home. 25-year-old James Mears is charged with two counts of murder, robbery and other related offenses. 67-year-old Dollie Evans and 59-year-old Ruby Thomas were found inside Evans' home on the 4700 block of Vista Street in Northeast Philadelphia before 6 p.m. Saturday.
