The body of a teenager was discovered today in the Neshaminy Creek as crews still look for two boys who went missing while swimming Tuesday night. Investigators have confirmed that the body is 18-year-old Dan Tadrzynski. His companion, 19-year-old Perry Krewson, is still missing. Krewson's uncle discovered the body in the water while on a kayak near East Bristol Road and Grove Avenue before noon and called 911. The search continues for the second teenager.

Montgomery County Register of Wills D. Bruce Hanes announced on Tuesday that he would issue marriage licenses to anyone who asked, straight, lesbian or gay. This would be in direct conflict with the current law in Pennsylvania which defines marriage as only between a man and woman. Early this morning two luxury cars and other high end merchandise was stolen right out from underneath the victims nose at his apartment on the 5400 block of Wissahickon Avenue in East Falls. The two cars, valued at over $200,000, were recovered this morning seemingly abandoned separately in nearby in Mount Airy and Germantown. It seemed as if the world was waiting this morning after news broke that Kate Middleton had gone into labor at the Lindo Wing of St Mary's hospital in London. It didn't take too long before the formal announcement was made that a baby boy had been born to the royal couple. William and Kate's son is now third in line for the crown of England. It may take a number of days before his name is announced.

Fire crews in Bucks County battled a fire at a popular restaurant early this morning. The blaze started at around 6:30 at Nifty Fifty’s on Street Road in Bensalem. The eatery was open at the time but everyone was able to get out before the building became engulfed. Despite the early hours, the region's heat wave was a factor on the firefighters. The Excessive Heat Warning continues across our area through Saturday night. The heat index was well over 100 today. Three roofers in Delaware County, PA, had to be taken to the hospital today and treated for heatstroke. They were laying tar on the roof of Chichester Middle School when one of them collapsed. Joseph Patrick Franzone, Jr., 35, of Bridgeport, Montgomery County was arraigned today on one charge of theft. He is accused of stealing thousands of dollars worth of checks and cash from a weeding reception at the William Penn Inn in Gwynedd on July 7th. However, this doesn't seem to be his first time. Police are investigating the death of a 4-year-old girl from Southwest Philadelphia. The girl arrived at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia at around 2:45 am this morning and was pronounced dead. She had bruising on her body and bleeding from her ears. There was also evidence that she was sexually assaulted.
