The 22-year-old abducted Germantown woman has been found safe in Maryland and her kidnapper arrested. Philadelphia Police Commissioner Charles Ramsey alongside Special Agent Ed Hanko made the announcement tonight. "Tonight, the FBI and Philadelphia Police Department have great news that Carlesha Freeland has been rescued, her abductor has been arrested in Maryland," Special Agent Ed Hanko said. Philadelphia Northwest Division Detectives and the FBI have released new video in the investigation into the kidnapping of a 22-year-old Philadelphia woman on Sunday night from a street in Germantown. According to a search warrant affidavit that was filed in Pike County, Police found a laptop and two USB thumb drives in the abandoned plane hanger where accused trooper killer Eric Frein was captured last week. Philadelphia's Northwest Detectives Division is asking the public's help in identifying and locating a suspect who kidnapped a 22-year-old women in Germantown Sunday night. The incident happened around 9:40pm on the 100 block of West Coulter Street and was captured on surveillance video. Trick-or-treaters found a razor blade in a wrapped piece of candy in Montgomery County on Halloween night. The blade was discovered in a candy bar after a night of trick-or-treating door-to-door in the area of Woodlawn Drive and Walnut Lane in Towamencin Township Friday night. The victim was not injured and authorities are asking all residents to check Halloween candy. You should report anything suspicious to the Towamencin Police Dapartment at 215-368-7606.

The Orbital Sciences' Antares rocket was set to launch at 6:22 pm EDT from Virginia's Mid-Atlantic Regional Spaceport and NASA's Wallops Flight Facility. Human remains were found as workers were digging a swimming pool in South Jersey on Monday. Crews were shoveling out a hole in a backyard on the 600 block of Banks Street in Riverton, Burlington County when they discovered the skeleton. The Burlington County Prosecutor's office was called in to investigate as well as a forensic anthropologist from the New Jersey State Police.
