Philadelphia Police have identified a suspect wanted for the shooting of a 13-year-old boy at a convenience store in Southwest Philadelphia early Wednesday morning, 5/1. Police are looking for 19-year-old Rafiq Small of Lansdowne. He is wanted for attempted murder and is considered armed and dangerous. Swarthmore College's two fraternities, Delta Upsilon and Phi Psi, have voted to disband. They posted statements to their Facebook pages on Tuesday night, 4/30. The frats' decisions come after student protests calling for them to be shutdown. Philadelphia Police now say that a woman fatally struck in a supposed hit-and-run accident in West Philadelphia on Sunday morning was actually a passenger in the the vehicle and had jumped out.
