Philadelphia Police have arrested a man already on probation for a series of tire slashings in Northeast Philly in the spring of 2012 for a new rash of vandalism in his new neighborhood. David Toledo was convicted for slashing the tire of numerous vehicles in his Mayfair neighborhood. He interjected himself into that investigation and even destroyed his own tires. A dog that had been stolen along with the owner's car back in October has been found and returned home on Friday. JJ Pierce left her rescue dog 'Louie,' a black Labrador, inside her red Honda CRV in the parking lot of Home Depot on Columbus Boulevard in South Philly on October 9th. New Jersey State Police announced in a press conference this afternoon that a mother used a pillow to muffle the noise while shooting three of her children before turning the gun on herself. Two children were killed and a third child and a woman believed to be their mother were found in critical condition after a shooting inside a Burlington County home Thursday morning. Police responded to a call just after 9:00 a.m. to Holly Park Drive in Tabernacle, New Jersey. The driver of a tractor-trailer fell asleep at the wheel this morning in Berks County and ended up plowing his 18-wheeler through 9 vehicles, killing two people and injuring nine others. 50-year-old Steven Bernier, of Reading, PA, dozed off on Route 222 (Allentown Pike) near Route 73 in Maidencreek Township around 6:30 a.m. Wednesday. The suspect wanted in connection with the vandalism on Manayunk's new Venice Island Park has turned himself into police. Northwest Detective Division received an anonymous tip over the weekend identifying the teenager in the surveillance video. The 15-year-old was charged with criminal mischief. Demolition crews working in Center City will try to remove the iconic PNB signs off the top of One South Broad Street for the second time. The first attempt happened on August 17th but the 16-foot letters were too fragile and only three were removed. This time the letters will be wrapped in a protective coating before being lowered to the street by helicopter. There will be road closures beginning at 6 a.m. and lasting until 4 p.m. all around City Hall.

An armed robbery suspect shot by Delaware State Troopers this afternoon has died. The suspect has been identified as 41-year-old William 'Billy' McNulty, of Claymont, DE. Both robberies occurred on Friday morning.
