The majority of the line up for this summer's Made in America Festival was announced this afternoon. Just as last year, the concert bill is an eclectic mix of rap and hip hop artists, rock bands, and electronic/dj acts. The 6-year-old boy that was shot last night by a 4-year-old boy has died from his injuries Tuesday night. The two boys had been playing in the front yard of the shooter's home on McCormick Drive in Tom's River, Ocean County, New Jersey during the day on Monday. Around 6:30 pm the 4-year-old went inside his parents' home and came out with a .22 caliber rifle and his playmate was shot. The parents were home and the mother called 911. Charges have been filed in Boston against a bus driver who crashed his bus into a highway overpass in February. The crash injured 35 students and chaperones on the way home to the Philadelphia area following a field trip to Harvard university. Dozens of motorists were ticketed on Monday morning as Philadelphia Police conducted a major speeding crackdown along Kelly Drive. Police setup along the winding river side road just after the morning rush and pulled over anyone going over 50 mph in the 35 mph zone. After it was all said and done they handed out some 50 tickets. The dates for this year's Made in America Festival have been announced. After last year's successful Labor Day Weekend concert, Jay-Z will be bringing his curated concert festival back to Philadelphia for a second year. The show will be held August 31st - September 1st along the Benjamin Franklin Parkway.

A fire captain was killed and another fire fighter was injured during a three-alarm blaze in South Philadelphia last night. The fire broke out in a fabric store on the 700 block of S. 4th Street in the Queen Village neighborhood around 6 p.m. Saturday. The flames spread to the apartments above. Alexandria Kaitlynn Sewell, 13-years-old, from Clarion, PA went missing last week from her home in Western Pennsylvania. She was believed to be traveling with Joshua D. Baker, 31, of Leeper, PA.

Alex was found unharmed on Saturday in South Dakota. Baker was taken into custody and charged with kidnapping.

Last year, Kevin McGuire, 19, of Somerdale, Camden County, New Jersey, who has been battling acute lymphoblastic leukemia since he was 13, got the invitation of a lifetime. Actor Wesley Snipes was released from Federal prison in Pennsylvania on Tuesday. Snipes was convicted in 2008 on tax charges. He entered the medium-security McKean federal prison in northwest PA back in December 2010 to serve a three-year sentence for failure to file income tax returns. He served 28 out of the 36 months on his sentence. Snipes belonged to a group that challenged the federal government's right to collect taxes. Rutgers Athletic Director Tim Pernetti has resigned today. Pernetti has come under fire for his handling of Men's Basketball Head Coach Mike Rice and Rice's behavior toward the team. Video surfaced this week showing Rice shoving and kicking players, throwing basketballs at them, and yelling homophobic slurs.
