A 17-year-old boy was injured after he accidentally shot himself on Saturday afternoor, 3/12. It happened around 5 p.m. on the 300 block of E. Ashmead Street in Philadelphia's Germantown neighborhood. The boy was handling a gun when it went off and he was shot in the head. He was taken to Albert Einstein Medical Center in critical condition. A 7-year-old girl injured her foot running out of the home. She was taken to Einstein in stable condition. Police recovered a weapon.
