The 16-year-old Allentown teenager that went missing earlier this month with a 45-year-old man has been found safe in Mexico. Amy Yu and Kevin Esterly were located by authorities on Saturday in Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo, Mexico. Yu is said to be unharmed and in good health. Esterly was placed in custody. An Amber Alert was issued in Mexico on Thursday for a missing Allentown teenager and the man who signed her out of school earlier this month. Authorities have reason to believe they may have fled to that country. 16-year-old Amy Yu was last seen with 45-year-old Kevin Esterly on March 5th. Police have made an arrest in the deadly hit-and-run in Radnor last week. 30-year-old Kevin Gaughan of Paoli turned himself in at the Radnor Township Municipal Building on Thursday morning. It happened on March 6th on the 500 block of Lancaster Ave just after 8 pm. 69-year-old Fred Gitterman was crossing the road when he was struck. Thousands of area students at high schools across Philadelphia and the surrounding counties left classes this morning to participate in National Walkout Day. Students across the country participated in the demonstration to protest gun violence and call for firearm reforms. This marks the one month anniversary of the shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, FL. The Philadelphia region is preparing for it's second nor'easter in less than a week. The National Weather Service has already issued a Winter Storm Warning starting tonight Tuesday at 7 pm and lasting through 3 am on Thursday. The storm will begin as light rain or snow this evening before changing to all snow later tonight. Delaware County is still feeling the effects of Friday's nor'easter with downed power lines and trees leaving 1000s still without power on Monday. About 48,000 PECO customers and 5,600 PPL customers were still in the dark on Monday afternoon. At its peak over 600,000 customers were without power across the region. A 10-year-old Gloucester County boy was arrested after sending threatening e-mails to teachers and principals in multiple school districts early Thursday morning. A teacher and a principal both received emails threatening shootings at district schools on Thursday and Friday. School was closed in Franklin Township School District, Delsea Regional School District, and Elk Township schools as a result of the threats. Truck Hits Overpass in Radnor - Again!; Church Has Couples' Blessing w/ AR-15s; Dicks Stops AR Sales

A box truck slammed into to a railroad overpass and fell on its side in Delaware County this morning. It happened on King of Prussia Road between Radnor-Chester Road and Matsonford Road near the Radnor train station around 8:30 a.m. This is the fourth time since last November that a truck has hit the bridge despite posted clearance limits. Heavy duty tow trucks were able to pull the truck out from under the overpass. No one was injured.
