Philadelphia Police Commissioner Charles Ramsey announced the department's newest crime prevention and investigation tool this afternoon. Called "Safecam," the program will help the police department pinpoint surveillance cameras throughout the city that may prove useful in solving a crime. Lenape High School in Medford, Burlington County, New Jersey was evacuated for several hours this morning after suspicious graffiti was discovered inside a bathroom. The graffiti was discovered at 8:45 a.m. and the school was placed on immediate lockdown. The Medford police were called to assist in the evacuation of the school, where staff and students were taken to assigned outdoor locations. Three of the eight murder charges against Philadelphia abortion doctor Kermit Gosnell were thrown out by Common Pleas Judge Jeffrey Minehart today. After five weeks of prosecution testimony, Defense attorney Jack McMahon argued that there was no evidence that any of the babies were born alive, breathing and moving. Dzhokhar Tsarnaev was formally charged in the Boston Marathon bombing on Monday. A magistrate judge went to Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center to conduct the initial court appearance for Tsarnaev who is in serious condition with gunshot wounds to his throat and leg. After a day long manhunt that shutdown the city of Boston and its surrounding suburbs, authorities have apprehended the second suspect in the Boston Marathon bombings. One bomb suspect is dead and a second is still on the run this evening. The entire city of Boston has been on lockdown today as authorities search for 19-year-old Dzhokhar Tsarnaev.
