The suspect wanted in the Brooklyn subway mass shooting attack has been arrested in Manhattan's East Village on Wednesday, 4/13. 62-year-old Frank Robert James was initially deemed a person-of-interest, but NYPD named him a suspect on Wednesday morning. Authorities in Delaware are searching for a man in connection to the stabbing death of a man outside of a motel in New Castle County on Sunday afternoon. An arrest warrant has been issued for 52-year-old Frank Deshields for first-degree murder and weapons charges. The City of Philadelphia announced on Monday, April 11, that it will be moving back to Level 2: Mask Precautions in the COVID-19 response system due to rising case counts.
